Thanks for the comment !! Is it weird because it's a gazpacho that's cooked over the fire, not raw tomatoes? Or maybe it's because you haven't lined it up. I learned how to make it from a Spanish friend of mine a long time ago, but I guess it's Basque because she was from the Basque region. She was a very unique and interesting person, so does that make Gazpacho unique? LOL! Gazpacho without heat is great, but this unusual way of making gazpacho is great too!

It’s one of this dishes that we learn from our moms and friends argue that their recipe is better than the others even if really similar and it cannot be change much 😄 But if is not raw is not gazpacho 😄. I actually have the recipe in my channel. ✨I am surprised that your friend called gazpacho, because that would be more like tomato soup 😅 Still I am sure it’s delicious in it own right and healthy too 😋 I will definitely give a try to your recipe 🤗💕
@@anashappydays After all, it's not a gazpacho unless it's raw !! She told me that cold tomato soup is called gazpacho and gave me the recipe. She said that a broth that is stewed rather than raw vegetables in a blender makes a better gazpacho with a richer flavor. She and I were roommates. She taught me many different Spanish dishes and I taught her some Japanese home cooking. I still often make the Spanish dishes she taught me. It may be a little weird, but the taste of her food is the taste of my Spanish food. I love Spanish and Spanish food ! I'll check out your recipe as well.

映っている蓮花は3日目の午後で昨日散ってしまいました。
